The Texas After Violence Project is a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, per an Internal Revenue Service determination letter of August 10, 2009. Contributions to the Texas After Violence Project made at any time after its incorporation on April 10, 2007, are tax-deductible.
