Trainings Spring 2011

The Texas After Violence Project began its Spring 2011 training series on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 and Friday, January 28, 2011. The training series (mandatory for all except for extremely short-term volunteers performing solely administrative tasks) took place in two sessions:
Wednesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. on the University of Texas campus, in Mezes Hall, room 1.210
and
Friday afternoons from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. at the Texas After Violence Project office.

The training consisted of eight sessions required for all volunteers, students, and interns, and a ninth session required only for those people who wish to help process interviews for posting at the Human Rights Documentation Initiative (HRDI):
