The Texas After Violence Project as a non-profit corporationThe Texas After Violence Project is an independent organization, incorporated as a non-profit Texas corporation in April 2007. The Internal Revenue Service recognized the Texas After Violence Project as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations to the project are tax-deductible.
