 Photograph by Joshua Tran, August 2007 Joshua Tran is a native Vietnamese speaker. In 2000, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE). One year later, Mr. Tran received his second undergraduate education, this one in the English Language from the College of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University (VNU). After graduation, Mr. Tran worked in the construction industry for several years before he beginning graduate school in 2007. He is now studying for his Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management at the University of Texas at Austin while also working as a Vietnamese translation consultant for the Texas After Violence Project. |
